Truffle Fries Recipe

You could pair your burger with regular fries...or you could take it to the next level with our black truffle fries recipe! Crispy golden fries tossed with black truffle oil and truffle salt are completely irresistible. Make sure you make plenty for everyone,as these addictive truffle oil fries will disappear before your eyes!

Truffle Fries Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Russet potatoes
  • peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp. black truffle oil
  • Truffle Salt

Directions
  1. Clean and cut the potatoes into thin slices (julienned). Heat the peanut oil in a heavy bottomed pan and fry the potatoes for about 2 minutes or until golden, in small batches. Remove excess oil with paper towels.
  2. Drizzle the truffle oil on an aluminum bowl, big enough to fit all your fries, and swirl until the entire bowl is coated. Transfer the fries into the bowl, season with the truffle salt and toss.
