A succulent sandwich that will transform your lunch or dinner, we use rich and flavorful wagyu roast beef and pair it with a fresh (and simple) avocado mayo.

Wagyu Roast Beef Sandwich With Avocado Mayo Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 French baguette or 3 mini baguettes
  • 8 oz.Wagyu Roast beef
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 heirloom tomato, sliced
  • Handful of Alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 Small avocado
  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • The juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Turn oven to broil.
  2. Using a hand blender, blend avocado, mayo, lemon juice, until well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Halve the baguette and spread the avocado mayo on one side. Top with slices of tomato, sprouts and roast beef. Reserve.
  4. Add Swiss cheese to the other half of the baguette and broil for 2 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is toasted. Join two halves and serve.
