A superbly flavorful reduction of earthy wild mushrooms paired with aged balsamic and creamy truffle butter, this is absolutely fantastic paired with polenta, mashed potatoes, or risotto, or served on top of a juicy piece of Wagyu beef tenderloin or roasted chicken.

Wild Mushrooms in Truffle Balsamic Reduction Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. Wild Mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp. of Truffle Butter
  • ¼ Cup of Aged 10 Year Old Balsamic Vinegar
  • Truffle salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Clean and slice the wild mushrooms.
  2. Heat a sauté pan and melt the truffle butter. Add the mushrooms and sauté over medium heat until tender, 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the balsamic vinegar, stir and cook for another 4 minutes. Season with truffle salt and pepper and serve.
